I've spent most of my career at the top of large, complex organizations — building them, running them, and making sure ambitious growth actually holds together under pressure.

I helped take a company from a small, regional operation into one of the largest players in a highly regulated national industry, serving in its most senior operating roles: running the C-suite day to day, setting growth strategy, and leading the M&A that took it there — while also owning its legal and regulatory function for years along the way. Earlier in my career, I consulted on enterprise technology and performance-management implementations for public and private-sector organizations — the kind of work where a system either holds up under real use or it doesn't.

That combination is what 013 Labs is built on: real experience scaling something from small to large, and the discipline to make sure complex systems actually work before anyone relies on them. I build the trading infrastructure and business-operations agents here myself — scoped, documented, and tested the same way I've tested anything I've ever put my name on.

I'm not a career software engineer, and I don't pretend to be. What I bring is the judgment of someone who has spent a career scaling real organizations and making complex systems hold up under scrutiny — now pointed at AI-agent infrastructure instead of corporate operations.
