013 Labs ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Newsletter signup: the email address you provide to subscribe.
• Checklist or worksheet request: the email address you provide to access a downloadable checklist or worksheet. Requesting it does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
• Contact form: the name, email address, and project details you submit.
• Google Analytics 4: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures aggregate site use to help us improve the site. It may process page and referrer information, on-site activity, and device/browser information, and may set first-party cookies such as _ga.
• Meta advertising measurement: if you separately accept advertising measurement, Meta Pixel measures visits from ads, page views, checkout starts, and purchases. It may process page and referrer information, device/browser information, and identifiers stored in cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We use this data to measure and improve our own Meta campaigns.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and record the checklist or worksheet request, send the newsletter you explicitly subscribe to, respond to your inquiry, understand basic site usage, and—only with separate advertising-measurement consent—attribute visits, checkout starts, and purchases to our Meta campaigns. We do not sell your information to third parties.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and our email/newsletter tools, with Google when you accept analytics, and with Meta when you separately accept advertising measurement. We use these services for our own operations and campaign measurement, not to sell your information.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising measurement separately and change either choice at any time through Privacy choices. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To request deletion of information you submitted, email us at [email protected].
