Darren began his career implementing performance-management systems, then helped scale a regional company into a major participant in a highly regulated national industry while leading operations, growth, mergers and acquisitions, legal, and regulatory work.
That experience shapes the 013 Labs method: understand the business first; decide whether to build, buy, simplify, or stop; then implement the smallest system that can be tested against real work.
